To make questions: Start with Do / Does
→ Subjects for Do ⇒ I / you / we / they / plural nouns (cats, dogs, students.
→ Subjects for Does ⇒ he / she / it / and one person / one thing (cat, dog, student)
• Question order:
→ Do / Does + subject + base verb (no s / es / ies) + other words?
Example:
She reads the newspaper every morning. ⟹ Does she read the newspaper every morning?
They read the newspaper every morning. ⟹ Do they read the newspaper every morning?
